Subscribers' club
Everyone who subscribes to the magazine automatically receives a Subscribers' Club card. And as from June 2011, we are also giving away a Subscribers' Club card to everyone who buys a subscription as a gift too!
Subscribers club has two main aims: to offer our subscribers something extra as a thank you for subscribing and to do something which helps local businesses. If you have not yet been contacted and run an eatery or are an accommodation provider and would like to be part of the subscribers' club do please contact us. It costs nothing to be part of it apart from the provision of the offer of course. The more the merrier where you feel this would benefit your trade. Below is a list of the businesses who are currently signed up to the scheme.
Please note that these offers are only valid for the holder of the subscribers' club card. One recipient per card for the two-for-one offer; offer according to the wording below for the accommodation discounts.

Court House, Wiveliscombe: Experience an exciting menu and vibrant atmosphere in our ground floor coffee shop serving light lunches and afternoon teas
The George Inn, Brompton Regis: A traditional sixteenth-century free house. The owners, Paul and Trish offer you a warm, friendly welcome to their cosy en-suite rooms, quality wholesome pub food and well kept ales.
Lewis' Tearooms, Dulverton: Award-winning tearoom serving the finest local and organic produce to savour and enjoy. Lewis' specialise in delicious homemade cakes and scones, superb light lunches complemented by local wines, ciders and beers. (subject to confirmation)
Nutcombe Chocolates in Dunster: are offering two for one (with the cheapest free) on sandwiches (when available), drinks and cakes from the cabinet.
Royal Oak, Winsford: A twelfth-century farmhouse and dairy with contemporary comfort, the Royal Oak offers relaxed comfort, inspiring food and wine, local ales, and warm, exceptional service.
Tyme Restaurant at Trimstone Manor, near Woolacombe, North Devon. This restaurant is set within the beautiful 17th Century Trimstone Manor Country House Hotel. The offer is available to subscribers' club card holders who are non-residents at the hotel.
Toucan Wholefoods Cafe, Minehead: A wholefood, vegetarian café offering organic fair trade coffee and tea, smoothies, fresh juices, delicious salads and home cooked cakes and flapjacks.

Amberton B&B, Hawcombe, Porlock: 10% discount on room price for stays of three nights or more at this delightful, contemporary B&B on a wooded hillside with views to the sea.
Andrews on the Weir, Porlock Weir: Until end of October 2011, 25% discount on the room rate Wednesday to Saturday as long as dinner is taken in the dining room.
Exmoor Experience: Get away from it all at this lovely self-catering barn which sleeps four near Dunster. Exmoor Experience are offering a 10% discount throughout 2012 or a three nights for the price of three offer to subscribers’ club card holder.
Exmoor House, Wheddon Cross, award-winning guest house in the heart of the National Park: 10% discount for guests staying three nights or more. Valid only on bookings made by phone and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or special packages. This is for one room based on two sharing or for a single guest.
Exmoor Touring Caravan Hire have a range of touring caravans 4-6 berth which they take to a site of your choice, and set up for customers so all they have to do is turn up and enjoy their holiday. The company is offering members of the Subscribers Club a 10% discount on any of their touring caravans.
The Copse, Brushford: 10% discount for guests staying three nights or more. Offer does not apply in September. This is for one room based on two sharing or for a single guest.
